During an initial consultation, our florists will find out key details such as your
flower requirements, venue type and date. Following this, A Room in Bloom will
deliver a proposal on how we can contribute to making your day that extra bit
magical.

A booking fee is taken to secure your wedding florals, and consultations with the A
Room in Bloom team will begin so a design brief can be created for your dream
wedding flowers.

DREAM WEDDING FLORALS: DEVELOPING YOUR VISION

All couples are invited to meet the A Room in Bloom team in person at our Athlone
base. Meeting in person allows us to gauge a sense of your style and better
communicate what your vision is.

During this time, a collection of reference images will be compiled between the
couple and the florist. These images create the final mood board of floral palette
and design, agreed upon and finalised up to 8-weeks before the wedding.

With your dream wedding florals agreed upon, your wedding flowers will be
carefully crafted and delivered on the day of the ceremony.
