Wedding flowers, all you need to know!
Firstly, congratulations on your engagement!!! You are here, so planning for your big day is well under way.
At A Room in Bloom we want YOU to be the designer and the inspiration for your bridal flowers. With a little help from us we can make your wedding flowers a very special wedding memory with your own style and vision always guiding the process.
Whether you are planning an intimate celebration or a lavish affair, through consultations we will create and tailor your wedding flowers to you.

How it works;
Send us an email with your date, wedding location (we travel all over for weddings) and any other floral enquiries. We will get back to you with our availability and detailed brochure.
If you like what you see in the brochure, simply reply to set up a consultation over the phone or a video chat.
During the first consultation, you can look forward to a chat about all things wedding and floral. It is an initial discussion on styles and ideas, with a few giggles along the way! If you have images or pinterest pictures, send them on. We love pretty pictures of flowers!
Next, we will put together a flower proposal for you, which is tailored to the specifications from our chat.
Then, you will have a sit down with the other half, wine is a must here! Look over the proposal together and come back with any suggestions or questions.
If you are both happy with the initial proposal and you want us to create your wedding flowers, Wahoo! (insert happy dance here!) At this point, we ask for a booking fee to secure the date and send you on the contract (watch out for that hot groomsman clause!!... Joke!)

We really want to meet you in person and have a coffee. So for our second consultation that’s what we do. We go through the proposal, discuss logistics and most importantly look at photos of flowers and ideas. Next, we will update the proposal with more flowery details.
Once the proposal has been updated, we are here for any questions and guidance you might need. The 6-8 weeks before W-Day, we meet for a final time, giddy and nervous to finalise all little details and timeline.
Next, it’s YOUR WEDDING DAY! All the planning and chats come to life as we deliver your beautiful wedding flowers, dress your ceremony and put the final details on your reception.
We sit back and smile, saying how amazing and beautiful a day it is.
